Our work began in Buckingham and Bedford, and we are expanding across Milton Keynes, Northampton, and surrounding areas, with guaranteed rent contracts available to suitable properties nationwide.
For guests, every LinkStays property is designed to feel like a home rather than a hotel room. Each apartment is fully furnished to 5-star standards with a complete kitchen, comfortable living space, fast Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, fresh linens, and professional cleaning. Electricity, gas, water, council tax, and broadband are all included in one transparent price, so there are no utility accounts to set up and no surprise bills. We host corporate travellers, contractors on short-term projects, NHS and key workers, and families relocating or between homes, with flexible stays from a few nights to twelve months or more, all backed by 24/7 support.
For landlords, we remove the stress from property income. Our guaranteed rent scheme pays a fixed monthly amount regardless of occupancy, with the option of six to twelve months’ rent paid upfront and a minimum six-month contract. We handle guest sourcing, cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and full legal compliance — gas safety, electrical certificates, EPC ratings, and alarms — so owners enjoy reliable income with zero void periods and no day-to-day involvement. Landlords who prefer variable returns can instead choose our Airbnb and short-let management, or traditional property management for hands-off oversight.
